“You must be the change you wish to see in this world”

"Let us become the change we seek"

- Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi

"Those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable"

- John Fitzgerald Kennedy

"A Truth, Love, and Freedom movement... working to change our
political and economic systems through restoring OUR Country to The
Founding Principles, highlighted in the Bill of Rights. Regardless of
propaganda levied against us, we are a NON-violent group, simply
engaged in protected First Amendment Free Speech and Media.
Freedom of Speech is NOT terrorism, as many mainstream news
channels may imply on a continual basis. Our UNALIENABLE
Rights like Assembling and Bearing Arms are fueled by just existing on
this planet. These Rights were fought for by the Sacred Blood of our
Ancestors and the war continues to this day. Presently, we
are being heavily attacked in the Spiritual realm, yet we know we must
be as gentle as a dove and as strong as a lion. If you want to change
something just look in the mirror and the world will start changing
around you. We Respect and Honor Individuals who uphold their
Oaths to the Constitution. For the rest of you, may history forget
you were Our Countrymen. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds
you. The one who worships the Old World Order through false mental
constructs by means of chaos, money and authority ought to be
ashamed. We will NOT submit to this tyranny! Stand with us, while we
build a commUnity that will make you proud, on the Right side of

The National Security Agency is collecting the telephone records of millions of United States Verizion customers, one of America's largest telecoms providers, under a top secret court order issued in April. The order requires Verizon on an "ongoing, daily basis" to give the NSA information on all telephone calls in its systems, both within the US and between the US and also other countries. The document shows communication records of millions of US citizens are being collected indiscriminately and in bulk, whether or not the customer is suspected of any wrong doing.
This information was given to Glenn Greenwald of The Guardian, a newspaper originated in England, by a 29 year old former technical assistant for the CIA and current employee of Booz Allen Hamilton, a defence contractor with the National Security Agency.  "I understand that I will be made to suffer for my actions," but "I will be satisfied if the federation of secret law, unequal pardon and irresistible executive powers that rule the world that I love are revealed even for an instant."
He is giving up a $200,000 a year salary, a home in Hawaii, his girlfriend and basically a better life than you or I may ever have.  "I'm willing to sacrifice all of that because I can't in good conscience allow the US government to destroy privacy, internet freedom and basic liberties for people around the world with this massive surveillance machine they're secretly building." he says.

In the last few days the internet has been abuzz with cheers and jeers.
Former Congressman Ron Paul put this statement out via his Facebook.
"We should be thankful for individuals like Edward Snowden and Glenn Greenwald who see injustice being carried out by their own government and speak out, despite the risk. They have done a great service to the American people by exposing the truth about what our government is doing in secret."
On the oppisite end there is this take from Jeffrey Toobin of The New Yorker
" some, including my colleague John Cassidy, are hailing him as a hero and a whistle-blower. He is neither. He is, rather, a grandiose narcissist who deserves to be in prison."

In my opinion he is the wave of the future. Government workers and contractors are going to get sick of the tyrannical practices of the United States government, and one by one, they are going to blow all the whistles. These are the soldiers of the Revolution. We need more people like Bradley Manning's and Edward Snowden's in this world.

UPDATE: As of 6:30 pm EST June 10, 2013 the NSA website NSA.gov has been taken offline, pressumably by hacktivist group Anonymous.
